Teaching at BYU Education Week
Diana and I are teaching several classes at Brigham Young University’s Education Week in Provo, Utah this week. If you are attending, we would love to see you! Below are the pages in the schedule booklet that show our class information. If you haven’t registered yet but still want to attend, you can do at-the-door registration for $73 for Tues-Fri: BYU Education Week Registration Information (click the At-the-Door Prices tab).
We will be posting to Twitter and Instagram throughout the week if you want to follow us there. Our handles are @FamilyLocket and @DianaSElder for Instagram. On Twitter, we are @familylocket and @DianaElder11.
Diana and I are teaching “The Genealogy Research Process” Tuesday-Friday at 1:50pm. We will be team teaching each day and I’m looking forward to doing this! We have been enjoying teaching this way on the podcast.
I am also teaching “Families Doing Family History,” a four part series with Oliva Jewell, Tuesday-Friday at 9:50am. I will be teaching the first two classes about creating a family history center in your home, and families experiencing miracles through family history. Olivia is teaching about family history for the busy family and preserving family history in fun and modern ways. She’s a great presenter and I’m excited to be working with her!
