#FHforChildren Link Up – Family Recipes!
This month for the blog link up, we’re writing about family recipes. It’s November and we’re all starting to think about Thanksgiving, the Christmas holiday season, and family. Getting family together means eating our favorite foods together. What recipes have been passed down in your family? What special recipes have you started making that your kids will pass down? Whether it’s a new family favorite or an old family recipe that you decide to share, we’d love to hear about it.
After RootsTech in February and hearing all about the family traditions of Buddy Valastro and other recipe traditions, I made recipe binders with my kids and read “Family” by Isabell Monk. It was a blast collecting their favorite recipes. I want to make sure we keep adding to them so they have a collection of our family’s recipes when they’re older.
